Rob Breaux and Dr. Mike Gustafson discuss Texas Tech football during Tech's first bye week of the season, Graham Harrell's career in coaching, and the Play of the Day highlights Tahj Brooks's three Touchdown Performance against the Arizona Wildcats. The guys give their midseason "Tech Talkie Awards" for Texas Tech Athletes including MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, and Defensive Player of the Year, Breakout Player, Most Improved, and Play of the Year. 

October 8th, 2024: Joey McGuire's Success at Tech, Project Rudy, Play of the Day, Big 12 Opponents for Tech, Who Is the Best Big 12 Team

Synopsis: Rob Breaux, filling in for Clint Scott, and Dr. Mike Gustafson give their thoughts about all Joey McGuire and the coaching staff have done for Texas Tech, Project Rudy and Conference Realignment, and the MLB Playoffs. Brennan gives his Play of the Day as the guys discuss their preferred commentators. Rob and Dr. Gus then discuss Tech's season and both their past and future opponents. The guys then talk about the Big 12 as a whole and which team could end up being the best.

October 7th, 2024: Tech wins another close game, Analysis vs. Arizona, Behren Morton's stats, Micah Hudson, Cowboys beat Steelers, MLB Playoff atmosphere

Rob Breaux and Dr. Mike Gustafson give you The Juice and recap Texas Tech's win at Arizona, how Tech looked, Behren Morton's stats through six games, and how Tech is integrating Micah Hudson into the fold. They also give their thoughts on the Cowboys' win over the Steelers and what they have liked so far out of the MLB Playoffs, including the rivalry atmosphere from the divisional series.

Jacob then gives his Play of the Day which includes a look back at the Texas Rangers' 2023 World Series run. Clint, Dr. Gus, Brennan, and special guest Rob Breaux give their picks on the week. The guys discuss the Offensive superpowers that the young Texas Tech Defense will have to face the rest of this season and questions asked by the chatline during Ask Tech Talk.

October 2nd, 2024: MLB Playoffs, Confidence Levels on Matchup Between Texas Tech and Arizona, Play of the Day, Future Super Conference Rumors

Clint Scott and Dr. Mike Gustafson give you The Juice and discuss what they saw in Texas Tech's thrilling win over Cincinnati, how the defense has developed, especially in rushing the passer, if they would accept an 8-4 finish in the regular season, and if Colorado's Travis Hunter should be a Heisman favorite. They also talk about the MLB playoffs and the Houston Astros' Wild Card matchup with the Detroit Tigers.

September 27th, 2024: Cowboys victory of the New York Giants, Final game in Oakland Coliseum, Play of the Day, Preview the matchup for the Red Raiders as they take on the Cincinnati Bearcats.
